Physical Books

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.

Because today's publishing industry relies on print-on-demand technology, most of our books are printed especially for you after your order is placed. This allows us to keep our books available without large warehouse inventories while ensuring you receive a freshly printed copy.

We make every effort to have physical books printed and shipped within 2–10 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

This print-on-demand model is the same approach used by many of today's leading booksellers, including Amazon.

Digital Products

Digital products—including eBooks, audiobooks, assessments, and downloadable resources—are delivered electronically. You will receive access instructions by email shortly after your purchase is completed.
